Using Markdown for documentation
This patch modifies all of the documentation to use Markdown syntax instead of asciidoc. This also requires adding a build dependency on pandoc (instead of asciidoc and xmlto). In theory, this should allow Github to automatically render the source .md files into HTML output. http://github.com/hst/hst/commit...
